Mr. Pankaj Kumar Tandon is an industry veteran with over three decades of experience in the EPC, tire, and telecom industries. He has a proven track record in identifying, nurturing, and growing businesses and relationships across South Asia, Europe, Africa, and SAARC countries. 

Mr. Tandon has held key leadership positions, including CEO and Joint Managing Director of JAKSON Group's EPC Business, and COO and Chief Business Officer of International Business at Transrail Lighting Limited, where he significantly contributed to new business acquisitions and drove revenue growth. He has also represented his organizations and industry for policy advocacy in forums such as CII, FICCI, SAARC Chambers, IEEMA, BIMSTEC, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization

Mr. Nitin Gupta has 20 years of experience in Power Transmission, Distribution, Cabling, Renewable Energy, Smart Metering, and Ropeway sectors, with a focus on Business Development and Process Excellence. He has worked with leading companies such as KEC, Jakson, and Tata.

Mr. Gupta has successfully led Sales and Business Development teams, driving business growth in both existing and new areas. He is an expert in entering new markets and segments through alliances, strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and due diligence. He has successfully formed alliances with multinational partners and negotiated large-value contracts.

Mr. Deepak Yadav has over 22 years of extensive industry experience in Product Sales, EPC Project Sales, Business Development, and large-scale Project Management. He has worked extensively in South Asia, Africa, and India, securing multi-million-dollar deals from clients in Power Utilities and with Private Developers.

 

He has developed strong expertise in Business Development for Power Transmission Lines, Substations, and Solar Power Plants, supported by a deep understanding of procurement policies and guidelines from leading multilateral funding agencies. He also brings extensive experience in large contract negotiations, risk assessment, and meticulous project execution.
